Rohan Prabhu is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in program management, digital transformation, and strategy execution across various federal programs. His expertise spans software development, platform solutions, Agile methodologies, and business process optimization.
Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Steampunk, Rohan oversees the company’s USDA Mission Areas sector, focusing on clients, team members, growth, and delivery excellence. His role draws on extensive experience managing complex federal contracts and building high-performing teams.
Prior to Steampunk, Rohan led the Civilian Division at IBR, managing major programs within DHS, Commerce, EPA, and CDC. He also established Softtek Government Solutions’ (formerly Aveshka) technology practice, significantly improving client satisfaction and retention. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Accenture Federal Services and Booz Allen Hamilton, delivering transformative solutions for clients including CBP, TSA, VA, and the Census Bureau.
Rohan’s professional credentials include certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Project Management. He holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in Decision & Information Sciences from the University of Florida.
Rohan lives in Falls Church, VA, with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys rooting for University of Florida sports teams, coaching his children’s activities, and exploring the DMV’s vast food scene.
